Menopause can be hard.
Whether you gradually enter this change of life or instantly arrive through surgical interventions, it takes a team of support to navigate the multiple challenges unique to your own health and lifestyle path.
At age 36, a stage 4 endometriosis diagnosis and an unexpected total hysterectomy started the beginning of my personal journey through menopause, instantaneously and much earlier than expected. Now, nearly 10 years later, my personal journey is what motivates me to steer my coaching efforts to helping other women regain their balance.
Yes, regaining your balance is possible! No matter the difficulty of your transition or the specifics of it, if you are ready to take steps to move forward, I am here to provide a safe space of compassion, reflection, accountability, information, and insight.

“Not only did I enjoy my sessions with Kelly, but our interactions set me on a path of really trying to figure out what I truly wanted out of life. Kelly never told me what I should or needed to do. She simply helped me realize what I actually believe about myself, my past, and my future. From there, she was able to lead me into the necessary steps to build on or modify those realizations.”
